With summer approaching and the weather starting to warm up, it’s time to make sure that you are fit and healthy! While there is no ideal size for all women, it is possible for each of us to look our best and feel great!
Here are some tips to stay in shape this summer:
• Drink lots of water. Water keeps your body hydrated and helps keep your skin healthy.
• Put a bowl of fruit on your kitchen table. Not only does this make a great centerpiece, it also encourages healthy snacking!
• Try to get 30 minutes of exercise each day. Whether this is walking, aerobics, or yoga, do something active every day.
• Make sure you have a full length mirror in your house. This will help you keep track of your fitness and will encourage you to be healthy.
• Don’t fall into the tanning trap! Keep your skin protected from the sun. Use sunscreen and wear a hat.
• Get enough sleep each night. When you give your body the time it needs to rejuvenate itself, you will have more energy and be healthier.
