Nicole Kidman, an admirably beautiful and talented woman, told the Ladies Home Journal in a recent interview that she still loves Tom Cruise. The Australian actress, who has been dating country superstar Keith Urban, described her divorce from Tom as a “major shock.”
I’ve always respected Nicole Kidman, and can understand how a split with her husband of 10 years would be hard for her, but I can’t help but thinking that she is better off without Tom Cruise. Anyone that would leave his wife three months pregnant just before their 10 year anniversary can’t be that great of a husband. Despite his success with his new film, Mission Impossible III, he still seems to me to be loosing popularity and respect. Besides, he now has Katie Holmes and their new daughter Suri to keep him busy.
Nicole Kidman was born in Hawaii and has dual US and Australian citizenship. Her natural hair color is light red. I have often seen her as a blonde, and didn’t know that her gorgeous red hair is natural, not colored. Nicole is the face of Chanel No. 5 perfume, having done numerous commercials to promote the fragrance over the past three years.
Nicole Kidman says she likes to keep her makeup simple, only accenting one feature, such as her eyes, so as not to seem overdone. With her flawless skin and beautiful hair, it probably isn’t too difficult for her to accomplish this.

That comment is all over the newspapers and entertainment shows now. I wonder if she regrets saying it, but maybe she still loves him because he is the father of her children. If that’s the case, then good for the kids. There’s nothing worse than two exes who don’t like each other and make it hard on the kids.
