A face makeover can be translated as changing the way that your face looks by changing the products that you put on it. A face makeover may consist of changing the moisturizer, cleanser and toner that you use. Or it may consist of changing the brands and shades of the makeup that you use. Or a makeover may consist of changing everything that you put on your skin and they way you treat it. If you think you are ready for a change, then get a face makeover! It’s the surest way to freshen and brighten up your look.

A Hair Makeover

A hair makeover can mean changing your haircut, color, style or the products that you use on your hair. You should consider getting a hair makeover if you have had the same haircut or color for two years or more or if you find yourself getting sick of your hair. When you are ready to make a serious change, go to your hairdresser and see what she thinks will look best on you. If you have always had very long hair, try opting to take a couple inches off and if you like the results you can cut off more later. The key is to not to something too drastic right away, you can always cut more later. If you have very short hair, try a fun new hairstyle or consider growing it out. For a change that is not as drastic as cutting all your hair off, get bangs or layers. If you are sick of your color, try going for a lighter or darker version of your current shade. If you are really daring, pick another color altogether. Along with your new haircut and color, you should also commit to taking better care of your hair as part of your hair makeover.

Body Makeover

When you are unhappy with the body you see in the mirror, it may be time for you to make a change. There are several things you can do to be healthier and to loose weight. Make a vow to eat better. Cut back on sweets and fast food and opt for fresh fruits and vegetables. Stop drinking coke and opt for water instead. Make a commitment to exercise regularly. Join a gym or take a walk around the block three times a week. Start slow and you will find that it will gradually get easier as you become more fit. Make it your new year’s resolution to start taking better care of your body.
