If you have read some of my previous posts, you know I have curly hair and I am always looking for ways to tame it. On the days I do straighten my hair there is one product I always like to use to control the frizz—Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Leave-in Conditioning Cream.
I have been using this product for a couple years now, and can definitely tell the difference on the days I forget to use it. You apply it to damp or dry hair and it helps smooth the hair from the root to the tip and works to defend against humidity. It does a great job of keeping my hair smooth and frizz-free.
Another Garnier Fructis product I am a fan of is the Curl Shaping Spray Gel. Odd as it may sound, I actually don’t use it on my natural curls. I always use it to help hold my curling iron curls I make after straightening my hair. It may sound stupid to straighten your curly hair, so that you can curl it, but any of you out there with hair like mine understand what I mean. You can’t get the good frizzless curling iron curls without first straightening. Anyway, this curl shaping gel does a great job of holding the curl, even after I have straightened my hair, all day. Maybe one of these days I will try it on my natural curls and see how it holds.
