Don’t Forget Your Neck!

Women work so hard to take good care of their faces, but often forget about caring for their necks. Beauty shouldn’t stop at your chin! Lovely necks are always noticed and admired. Here are some tips to make sure that you are not neglecting your neck!

1. One of the most noticeable things about your neck, and something that draws unwanted attention, is a makeup line. When you apply your foundation, always be sure to blend so that you don’t end up with a line along your jaw and chin. If you can’t tell, ask a friend!
2. When you cleanse and moisturize your face, do your neck as well. Otherwise, your face will be young and healthy, but your neck won’t match! Your neck is more delicate than your face, so be gentle.
3. It may sound strange, but your neck muscles need exercise just like the rest of your body. Yoga is one of the best ways to stretch and use your neck muscles, so try a relaxing yoga routine a couple of times a week to keep your neck in good shape.
4. Don’t let leave your neck unprotected and exposed to the sun. Again, the skin on your neck is very delicate and will not take well to years of sun exposure. Wear a hat or remember to use sunscreen on your neck.

If you follow these tips, your neck will stay healthy and beautiful and will be the envy of all around!
