I love natural makeup, and a brand I’ve been hearing a lot about lately is Bare Escentuals. They claim that their makeup is so pure that you can sleep in it. Even though that may be true, I still wouldn’t do it! But here’s some info about Bare Escentuals anyways!
Bare Escentuals is makeup made with minerals instead of harsh chemicals and fragrances, so it is better for your skin. Also, the makeup has an SPF of 15, so it also helps protect your skin from harmful UV rays.
Besides great foundations and powders, Bare Escentuals also offers a variety of shades of lipsticks, lip liners, lip glosses, mascara, brushes, blush, eye shadows, and eye liner. All of their products are top quality and healthy for your skin.
I’ve only tried the Bare Minerals foundation and powder, but I loved it. It did wonders for my skin and also provided me with enough coverage throughout the day. If your skin is breaking out from the makeup you are wearing, or if you want something not as heavy on your skin, try natural mineral makeup. It can make a difference in the health of your skin and your overall appearance.
I haven’t had a chance to try Bare Escentuals eye makeup yet, but I think that will be my next investment. They have some great shades that I’m dying to try!

Bare Escentuals contain micronized minerals. These particles are so small that they can get into the cell and damage the DNA. Microtechnology has been advancing very rapidly but it has not been adequately tested for safety. I do not recommend any product with micronized particles, nano particles or ultrafine particles. There is no proven track record.
